[Help] MSVCR110.dll Error, Help?

When i try to run some hacks for Css, i clikc on the program, and then this thing pops up;

CSS Hack.exe - System Error

The Program can't start because MSVCR110.dll is missing from
your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem.

Any help Would be appreciated.
