Interwebz FX and SMAC

SMAC is a third party anti-cheat if I recall correctly.

If you use Interwebz FX on a SMAC server will you get banned?

In a nutshell, is Interwebz FX dectected by SMAC, because I see people in my server blatantly hacking and they don't get insta banned.
