Need Help Adding Races (Not Replacing)

I'm Wondering How you can add Races into your game (naga,goblin etc) Without replacing them, and then showing in the create a char screen,

Im Using Arcemu 3.3.5a and ive seen Heroes-WoW do it and I jst wanna know how, need some help

and another thing is to make all races have evry class
