[Release] No Smoke and Flash (CSS)

This is a no Flash and Smoke

Instructions:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\Counter-Strike Source\cstrike
From there create a file called "Custom" and put the VPK and CACHE files
provided in the Rar file in the Custom folder. Open Css, join a server, enjoy.
