Steam Upgraded Profile

Firstly i want to start off by saying that I think this might be posted in the wrong area, so move it around as you wish admins

Now, im looking around asking if anyone can by any chance gift me a Ticket thing for my new steam account (For the new profile on steam)

And yes, i have forgotten the name of it, hence the misleading title.
