Swarm level hacks PLEASE HELP!!!! ASAP

hi all:)


i was playing and i saw a guy with his swarm levels going up from level 14 to maxed now he level 90

i ask him and he said i must use my brain
so i ask nicely he said thath he use a loca value the value is 4bytes 4096


wtf does that mean and can some one hel me hack this so i can get all swarm levels fast and if some one can make a achievment unlocker please
