[PAID] Is This Site Legit?

I was browsing through the interwebs and saw a website selling steam accounts for really great prices. I want to know if their legit or not because I do not want to get scammed. There are a lot of testimonials but I think their bots. If anyone has had a successful transaction from there, or know if they're legit or not, please let me know. Thanks! :)
