I'm synd, a EU/NA mid-high masters toss player and my partner is nlight, a EU/NA mid-high zerg player. (I'm the spokesperson ^^ ).
We're the guys from valiantchaos' forums
We can level accounts for free to masters in EU and NA. We both love the game and want to help people overcome the little struggles when sometimes you have to win a little more to get promoted but you can't - overcome the tilts so to say.
It's like climbing the ladder but being afraid of heights! We're there to help you get to the top safely :)
Donations:
We don't take money for the leveling service, we just don't. We know that some people don't have the money to donate and still be where other people who have the money can be. We don't judge them as bad people, we understand them.
But if you are willing and able to donate, we will greatly appreciate this and even include you in our soon to come( in the end of the week)
"Top Supporters list". There will be special benefits for donators. As I said, soon more to come in the end of the week. We're still planning things out but be excited. Also people who donated until now will not be forgotten ;)
Before applying?:
Before giving your account information, make sure you have your CD key somewhere so even if you have trust issues ( which is completely acceptable), you'll be sure that you can get your account back any time.Hello everyone, ;)

As the account leveler that may sound inappropriate for me to say because it's not in my interest you might say but I'm also a fellow member of the community and I don't want people to get scammed by anyone. ( I don't have multiple personalities syndrome so I won't scam you but anyway just to be sure..)
Also it's very important to think, do you really need this? Is it something minor in your play that hinders you from reaching that masters league? I'd like to help with some general tips but I can't promise that I'll have the time to go in-depth explanations.
How to apply?:
So the application form is easy and just copy/paste it, fill it and send it to me on PM.

I reply to your PM asap.
I check which number are you on the leveling list.
We check if the time limit is okay with you, or you need it sooner.
We finalize the 'negotiations'.
The account gets in leveling queue.
You patiently wait.
You can still contact me any time if anything changes, like you want your account leveled sooner and etc.
During the leveling:
No cheats/hacks/exploits will EVER be used!
No trash talking or anything that may result in your account getting reported/banned!
(Still, sore losers may remember you :P)
After the leveling:
You'll receive a PM asap that your account is successfully leveled and you may request replays. MOST IMPORTANTLY! - Change your password after I confirm that the leveling service is done.
