[Help] Leis.exe errors

Hello everyone, I want to get help from you guys ! :D So when i load leis.exe 03. On Non-Steam it gives me this error :

I don't know what to do... So if you can, say how to fix the error, or offer me some other leis, but i need them with selectable foatype (1-2).
