Usage:
- Choose how many points you want in each section.
- Click Generate or I feel Lucky for Random stats.
- Open http://www.d3scene.com/forum/starcra...y-program.html (Dont use StarBank, it can't handle UnsignedIntegers (negative numbers).
- Open the Bankfile, replace the 2 Sections (dont remove the whole file).
- Sign it. Save it.
- Done.
