I haven't seen this posted yet and I'm deciding to share it. Abusing this may lead to bans or other consequences.
1. Make a new text document
2. Paste
into the text document.
3. Save the document as crash.cfg into your csgo cfg folder.
4. Once you join a server spam your mousewheel up and down to lag/crash a server.
This will probably be fixed soon, use it while it lasts.
