Avoid AV sandbox?

I have made a simple program/virus in C# and it has 0 detections on virus total. However, some AVs such as Avast put it in sandbox mode and that basically renders it useless.

Is there any way to avoid the sandbox or make the program "safe" so that the AV doesn't detect it as untrusted?
