In need for speed: underground 2 ... Occasionally I receive a call from some random guy claiming there's "hot action" around certain areas. I go to those vacinities and I have YET to find any hidden races, or even those street racers that roam the roads. My question is what does he mean when he calls you ? Google.com offered no help.
