Executive Officer


Responsibilities:



  • Help manage the team, relations and staffing
  • Make critical and dynamic decisions
  • Produce weekly reports
  • Provide valuable input, feedback and approval for changes.
  • Manage timeline and costs
  • Manage file and directory structure
  • Organize meetings and events.
  • Manage and enforce quality control
  • Implement, augment and enforce policies
  • Provide task management and train core members.


Essentially you will manage the project in support of the President of the core team and on your own in lieu of his absence.




Communications Officer


Responsibilities:



  • Help administrate the website
  • Manage game masters and forum moderators
  • Handle public relations and mediate internal conflicts
  • Manage marketing and graphic design team
  • Train game masters and moderators
  • Organize meetings and events
  • Produce documentation and weekly reports






Systems Architect


Responsibilities:



  • Help head the development of the project
  • Help administrate the server
  • Produce documentation and weekly reports
  • Approve augmentation to algorithms and programs.
  • Organize events and meetings
  • Train developers
