Nonfog clickers

Excuse me srry if this is posted in the wrong area but im not sure where to post it but getting back to my question

everytime i ask for a method for detecting mh people always tell me to get a fog clicker detector but in another game i heard someone say mhers can turn off there ability to fog click is there a method to detect those people??? that don't fog click
