[Request] A think this is a big request...

Well in another thread i asked if there can be a "offline mode hack, where you get all races in starter edition" and we came to this...

-the stuff is there, just blocked
-possible
-not easy

so, i'm thinking something like...

-block battle.net connection for offline mode (and not updating and blocking races)
-make races unlocked (will probably be hard)
-make sure LAN emulators work

if anyone is up for it me (and some of my friends/part of the internet) will thank you.
