Quite often people have the setting 'only allow friends to send messages' enabled, so you can't message them.
There is however a way around this, as I too have this set, yet a few people have chatted to me after a game. I've always forgotten to ask them how they did it :(
It seems like they invite you into a chat channel with them, but you don't receive an invitation, rather you just 'auto' join the channel.
So does anyone know how to do this.
