[Help] HLDS Connecting

Hey people,

I want to know, why no one can connect to my HLDS server? My IP address is internal, so I don't know what's the problem with the server? I've sent that server to my friend, he has internal IP too, maybe that's the problem with the server. So I would be happy if someone'd help.

P.S Our internet supplier is different.
