R3cheats Legit settings ?

Hey ! For some reason , I'am not able to load r3cheat forum so I cant post my question in their forum .

I'am looking for a legit R3cheat setting (Shot on the neck , not alot of headshots but kills quickly) using AK47 & m4a1 .
