Anyone on Pandashan?

I've been checking this place out lately, was wondering if anyone plays on it.

I'm rather confused at the moment because I selected the United States servers, and all of the public channels and such are in French. Not really sure why. Also, my character can't buy or sell anything to any vendors :eek:. Anyways, if you play on this server, let me know and you can help me level! ;)
