First there is big chance that this will be fast fixed but for now it works.

- Get the match ID (You can get match id here datDota: Tournaments)
- Open the console
- Use the following command: dota_match_details MATCHID
- Scoreboard will pop up where you can start downloading the replay
- When finished click on the Watch replay or Watch highlights button
