Which Hack? Simple requirements

Hi guys, sorry for this gimmie, but there are too many hacks to try them all.

I'm after a hack which simply draws a red rectangle around a player so you can locate them through walls. Or a simple wall hack which only allows you to see through the very corners of a wall.
Do any of the hacks here do this?

Ten years ago I used a couple of hacks which could do these things.
