[Help] FHack Lite Please Help!!

I, just downloaded FHack lite 2 months ago. I deleted it yesterday cause of the fatal error when i turn off dota.. So when i play a game in DOTA it still says FHack lite injected even if I dont have the file?? Im confused! How do i fix this? Im so sorry if i have some bad grammars or bad explaining. Im really panicking im so sorry.
