Members we need your ideas.

Hi people,

since we removed the thanks feature we now only have the reputation button left.
Many of you complained about the icon not being obvious in what it does and will so cause people to spread less reputation.

To get rid of this problem I now encourage all of you to provide ideas on how to solve this issue.
Should we maybe just use the +thanks icon instead? Or do you think we need a completely different icon? Post your ideas and suggestions or even images if you have designed one.
