Well, first off, let me explain this. Clash of Clans (and Game of War) are server sided games. As such, you're not going to get any "infinite gems/gold" hacks for any of these games. If you do, the second the server detects that your info is wrong, it'll reset it to the amount they have on their server (and will probably ban you in CoC). The amount of "hacks" you can get for this is very limited because of it.
That being said, there is a working hack out for Clash of Clans, but I don't think it's worth it. First off, you need to jailbreak your iOS. Once you do that, you can install an app called iModGames from Cydia. In there, you will see a Clash of Clans section. The hacks they offer are searching hacks, sandbox, and keep alive. The reason I say it's not worth it because it's worth 200 'points', which is equivalent to $2 USD. Not only that, but you can only buy "points" in multiples of 1000, which means you need to pay $10 USD at least. It's up to you whether or not you want to do that. There are cheats for other games, too (not GoW, though).
The searching hacks are pretty straight forward. When you search for an opponent, you can set in a minimum amount of gold/elixir/dark elixir for the game to find. So let's say I put in 100,000 gold, 100,000 elixir, and 5,000 dark elixir. When I hit that search for opponents button, it'll only match me with opponents with more than 100k gold and elixir and more than 5k dark elixir. It's pretty nifty.
The sandbox hack makes it so that when you visit a player's base, you can simulate an attack on their base without any of the outcomes. This is good for practicing before you get revenge on someone who attacked your base. It'll show you where their hidden traps are, too. But, since it's just a simulation, whether you win or lose won't be saved. Also, take note that if you use this, you have to turn the search parameters off or it'll crash your game as you leave their base (with no losses to your game progress or anything. It just bugs because you left a place that doesn't fall into your search parameters).
Lastly, keep alive is a simple edit to the game's file that prevents you from being logged out of the game (basically keeping it up the entire time and not go into background when it is in background). The point of this is because your town can only be raided when you are logged off, so when if you're never logged off, you're never attacked.
All of these, of course can be turned on or off at will.
That's the only working CoC hack that I am aware of as of now (there was another free version that got taken down).
There is a way to get free iTunes gift cards, though (or gift cards for other places if you wish). All you need to do is install some apps and play them for 30 seconds and you get points, which you can trade in for various things. It doesn't require anything except to install a profile which only checks to see that you've played the game and installed it for 30 seconds and it gives you points for it. You need to access it from the internet browser on your device, though because you won't be able to install apps from the desktop. They have more offers than just iTunes gift cards, such as Amazon gift cards, Hulu, Starbucks, Skype, Fandango, XBox Live, and even Facebook, and more.

It's an easy way (albeit a bit slow) to get free iTunes gift cards for gems in CoC (or gold in GoW or any other game you may play).
I hope this helped you guys some. Or at least made you realize that you shouldn't download anything that says they can give you "infinite gems" or anything of the sort. There is absolutely NO hack that will get you gems (or gold) in any of those two games because they are server sided. It is just a scam for money or personal info.
