This method is very easy and was posted over at R3Cheats.
1. Join MM
2. Leave MM
3. Wait for bots to be dead
4. No ban and lose
5. Profit !!

Another tip: Usually you have to be a team of 5. But you can just kick the random player(s) thus have a smaller team :)
