Time to clear this up.

Clear some things up.

If you are vac banned it's the cheat you used that got detected, you will need to create a new steam account and buy the game again. (This is why people have cheat accounts and main accounts.) The vac ban will not transfer to your new account however if you use a detected cheat on the new account it will also be banned.

If you get an overwatch ban it means that the way your were playing was way to obvious, I suggest using legit settings. Once again you will need a new account and it will not transfer over. Overwatch works on reports so try to be polite ingame because it decreases the amounts of reports you get. (I used to act like a dick with legit settings and got many reports, now I play as the nice guy and hardly ever get reported.
