[Help] Combos and their counters

Hello,

I've been playing DotA for 2 yrs now and I'm excellent player but still very weak in captains mode.

I've been playing many games and coming through many combos. Now I need some of the experts' help here.

Can you tell me some of the combos for 2v2/3v3 and 5v5?

I'd also like to know the combo counters.

I just came across a combo today in a 3v3 clan war - Balanar + Atropos + Venge

It was an excellent combo and we lost badly. Any COMBO counter for that? Are there any 3 heroes that counter their combo? Or any 1 hero alone who can handle all of them or any 2 heroes?

Please mention some of the popular combos here and their counters which can be either the same amount of heroes as in combo or just 1 or 2.

In captain's mode, how do you get to recognize that a team is going for combo? How can you figure it out and counter it? What do you need to think of?
