SteamBot question

I'm wondering has anyone been able to configure https://github.com/Jessecar96/SteamBot to work with Dota2 trade system?

Before any flamers, I do know programming, especially Java and Android, but I am finding hard to udnerstand someone else's code and unknown Steam API.
