A few notes:
- The keys 100% working with new EU accounts.
- The keys work with US accounts (upgrade WoL US license)
- Don't work on accounts with banned game license!!! The keys are attached to the account, but the game is remains banned. And after that you can't add this keys to other accounts (keys are marked as used). Tested with banned US license.
Maybe, Blizzard support can help you, but I think it's easier to create a new account.
