You see, two sticks of celery is 20 calories. What makes it 120 is an ounce of cream-cheese! What makes it 100 you ask. Well, your digestive system actually BURNS OFF the fat from the celery when digesting it! What turns it into zero you ask yourself? Well, GET OUTSIDE AND JOG FOR 20 MINUTES!
Now your probably asking yourself questions like, "What if I'm still hungry?" ETC ETC!
The answer to your solution is, DRINK A WATER. BUT DRINK IT SLOWLY. Water actually helps FILL YOU UP! And if your STILL HUNGRY??? EAT MORE CELERY, but make sure to run * the amount of celery you eat!
