Fake Lag

I saw that Aimware has a feature called fake lag and it makes your character lag all over the place and more difficult to hit. I'm not really interested in purchasing the whole hack for 1 feature and was wondering if anyone knew of a hack free/paid that provides only that. Aimware is the only hack I can seem to find that offers it.
