For example, I'm getting sick of being maphacked. The playing field just isn't level when they have no fog and I have fog, that coupled with a belief that fog of war doesn't exist in a real situation. So I run a hack with safe-click piggybacked on it, you know, just to keep things fair. I don't intend to be clicking on enemy altars or heros or any other number of things that I cannot see. However, my micro isn't perfect and sometimes my motor skills are slightly compromised, sometimes I miss-click on something I cannot click on. What if opponent isn't maphacking? I can't turn on hack mid-game once fog click is detected. I have to use or not use. So with if I fog click? Rather awkward if opponent was playing straight and checks replay, so I figure hey, I'll install safe-click. Thing is... how safe is it really? I understand my replay file is modified to be uber safe.. but what condition is my opponents replay file in? Did my safe-click mod protect his file from having a very embarrassing error?
So question is, what does opponents replay show? Is opponents replay saved to their computer totaly safe? Has anyone tested this?
Also, why the hell can I fog click in the first place, this is super sketch.
