[Help] Base Address and Offsets

Hey,

im new here and I tried today to write a "hack" to show me the current health of the champion. :beast::beast:
Everything works fine (I used the WINAPI in C++(first time:tihi:)) but the number of the health is not shown.

I used the Base Address and Offsets from here (link below!)

I think its outdated and I dont have a clue how to get that Base Address. I watched some tutorials with other games like AssaultCube, but it isnt "easy" like that to get that informations.

I hope you can help me!
