Just like L4D2 and Red Orchestra 2 or Arma Cold War promotions, you have 24 hours to click on install to add game into your account and it will stay on your account forever.
Also atm if you are using Steam Beta Client there is bug that those games like L4D2 , Red Orchestra 2 , Arma Cold War are missing from library if you got them from free promotion, not sure is it going to affect this game but anyway it is just bug from last Steam Beta update, probably will be fixed in next update.
