LoL Ping Checker (LPC) is a graphical tool to show your ping delay in separate window. Many guys are still using the "cmd" as ping tool with "ping google.de -t". Completly nothing is wrong with this. But here is just another and IMHO better way to do this.
So here you get something that is much smarter and really easy-to-use. The following picture shows the program with some of the settings that are available. You can customize nearly every setting of this tool. Play around and have fun!

Usually you use LoL Ping Checker in a minimized version. This fits anywhere on your second screen because you are able to resize the window in the way you want it. I really recommend using it on another screen to even see it when you are in-game. =)

Changing back to the settings view is possible with clicking the button in the bottom right corner a second time.
So use LPC before you join a game to see if you might lag. But it's also a great tool to show your ping on Google or something like that.
Some guys also try to say it's helping to DDoS. Well that's not completely wrong, but you can even DDoS with Windows tools. And I locked the ping delay at 80 ms. So don't worry about that.
