[Request] Starting an ESEA team (have xp)

I am starting an ESEA team, and I am indifferent as to whether or not you hack, yet in order to meet the reqs I will be specing you on ESEA client to see whether or not you know how to hack properly in the competitive scene, where a lot of demo's are watched post matches. (I.E. - when you are flashed you don't hold down toggle and pop a few heads, or have a FOV higher than 1.0 and shake) I actually would prefer you to have HM as the demotool is super useful and is entirely UD, where organner and the others are slowly getting picked off. Have experience, I don't care if its in open, and no 64 mills... actually have a 7 dig or less.

-18+ yo
-not a rager
-smart player
-has xp playing competitively
-ESEA client
