Each night there is a chance that instead of a normal moon, a Blood Moon will rise and bring with it stronger and more fearsome enemies. This does not come without it's rewards of course, and all mobs during a Blood Moon give increased experience as well as better rewards.

Tired of everyone hiding in their houses or little holes in the wall every night? We bring you the Monster Hunt that happens every other night and is available to anyone, anywhere. The hunt is globally announced and a /hunt will sign you up to participate. Each mob is worth points that vary from mob to mob, each night players compete to see who can get the highest score. Everyone who participates gets a small reward but the winner has a random chance of getting one of several different prizes which includes Diamonds.
